About this resource
This program provides a range of substance abuse services such as community support, assertive community treatment, medication management, and crisis intervention. Additionally, Certified Benefits Counselors are available to help individuals navigate the application process and understand their disability benefits.

Location/Travel: Accessible via LTD bus route 13 Centennial and LTD bus route 66 VRC/Coburg.
Payment Options: Accepts Oregon Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare Choice, private payments, and offers a sliding scale fee.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be 18 years or older and have a diagnosis of serious or persistent mental illness.
