About this resource
This program offers legal advice and representation to low-income individuals facing common legal issues, primarily in areas such as housing, public benefits, family, or elder law, with some locations providing extra services.
Intake Process: Interested individuals should call for information and/or to initiate intake. A volunteer intake worker conducts interviews with applicants, after which an intake supervisor assesses eligibility and the program's capacity to provide assistance. Referrals to other community resources may be given as necessary.
Costs: There are no fees for services.

- Individuals with low income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
