About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental hygiene and screenings, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP and various private insurance plans. Offers sliding scale fees, ensuring that students are not denied services due to inability to pay.
