About this resource
The services offered include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental hygiene evaluations, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP along with certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are offered, and students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
