About this resource
This program provides recovery services for alcohol and substance abuse, gambling, and other addictions. It also offers early intervention classes aimed at youth who have been cited for minor-in-possession offenses. Treatment can be accessed through phone or telehealth options.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call for an appointment.
Travel/Location: Located on 5th Avenue between Adams Street and Blair Boulevard, with a Lane Transit District (LTD) bus stop just a block away.
Fees: Accepts OHP, with a sliding scale fee structure, offering low or no-cost options.
