About this resource
This initiative provides transitional housing and various supportive services for individuals who have been released from prison or jail in Lane County and are currently under correctional supervision. The program typically lasts between 60 to 90 days and includes not only housing but also case management, behavioral health support, drug and alcohol treatment, and help with clothing, identification, transportation (bus passes or bicycles), job searching, and securing long-term housing. There are specialized services available for veterans.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call, email, or visit the website for more details or to complete an online application.
Fees: The housing cost is free for the first 30 days, $1.50 per day for the next 30 days, and $6 per day for the subsequent 30 days. Food costs $7 per day, which can be covered using SNAP benefits.
Who can use this
- - Male-identifying individuals under correctional supervision in or transitioning to Lane County. - Priority is given to those leaving state prison who are at risk of homelessness and reoffending without support. - Participants must adhere to program rules, remain substance-free (verified through urinalysis and breathalyzer tests), secure full-time employment or be enrolled full-time in school, and comply with all supervision conditions.
