About this resource

This initiative provides transitional housing along with supportive services to individuals who have been released from Oregon State Prison or the local jail in Lane County and are currently under correctional supervision. The typical duration of the program ranges from 90 to 120 days. Besides housing, the services offered include case management, behavioral health support, drug and alcohol treatment, and help with essentials such as clothing, identification, transportation (bus passes/bicycles), job searching, and securing long-term housing.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call, email, or visit the website for further information or to complete an online application.

Fees: The housing cost includes the first 30 days free, followed by $1.50 per day for the next 30 days, and $6 per day for the subsequent 30 days. The food cost is $7 per day, which can be covered using SNAP benefits.

  • Eligible participants are female-identifying individuals released from Oregon State Prison or Lane County Jail who are under Lane County supervision and must adhere to program rules and conditions.
