Delivers preventive, emergency, and restorative dental services while collaborating with the Arizona School of Oral Medicine, Oregon Health and Science University, and Lane Community College. The offerings include fillings, crowns, endodontics, extractions, periodontics, bridges, prophylaxis, fluoride and sealant applications, along with oral health education. Additionally, dental services are available for students within the Bethel school district.
Intake Procedure: For new patients, appointments can be made via phone or email, with a response time of 48-72 hours for emails. Urgent care clinics accept walk-ins, and those interested in Bethel schools should call for information regarding the Bethel Friday Clinics.
Fees: A sliding scale fee based on household income is available for uninsured patients. The service accepts OHP and private insurance, while there are no fees for Bethel schools.
