About this resource
This program assists individuals in obtaining essential medical services, case management, advocacy, outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol issues, detoxification, mental health assessments, counseling, and help with SSI/SSDI from a public benefits expert, as well as OHP application support and transportation for appointments.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for further details.
Travel/Location: Located in downtown on 12th Avenue, between High Street and Mill Street.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
