This program offers energy assistance to households that include seniors and utilize heating sources such as electricity, natural gas, oil, propane, wood pellets, or wood, funded by a limited federal government initiative. The Low Income Home Energy Program (LIHEAP) provides a one-time payment directly to the utility account.
