This initiative supports low and moderate income residents in acquiring their first home by providing loans of up to $25,000 to cover down payment and related expenses for eligible properties. These loans are interest-free, with repayment typically deferred until the home is sold, refinanced, or transferred. The availability of funds for these loans is subject to current funding levels.

Who can use this
- - Must be a first-time home buyer or have not owned a home in the last three years - Must meet specified income criteria - Must be prequalified for a mortgage - Must have completed the Homebuying Foundations course through DevNW - Must contribute at least 50% of the minimum down payment required by the primary lender
