About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting patients to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: Accessible via bus routes 13 and 18.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage. Men of any age displaying symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
