This service delivers patient-centered healthcare for individuals of all ages, encompassing annual examinations (including gynecological checks), treatment for both acute and chronic illnesses, pregnancy testing, vaccinations, sports physicals, mental health assessments, and health screenings. It aids in enrolling patients in OHP and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange and provides a prescription assistance program for established patients.
