This initiative delivers fast-tracked education, training, certifications, and practical paid internships focusing on culinary, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing careers. Additionally, it includes transportation support, essential personal protective equipment (PPE), other necessary work gear, and lunch.

Fees: Training and internship compensation is $17 per hour.
Who can use this
- Participants must be aged 18-24; for the healthcare program, passing a drug test, background check, and having current vaccinations (hepatitis B, varicella, MMR, flu) is required, along with adherence to attendance policies.
