Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 by September 1st of the current year -Must be a resident of Oregon -Household income should be below 200% of the federal poverty level -Families on SNAP are exempt from additional income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists can modify a family's gross income assessment for eligibility if they incur high housing costs, particularly for those spending over 30% of their gross income on housing.
