Who can use this
- Families with children aged 3-5 are eligible, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% FPL. Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income, while families with higher incomes and specific needs may also qualify, though those with greater needs are given priority.

- Child's immunization record, proof of benfits or housing situation, OR proof household income for the previous calendar year or the past 12 months.
