About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental hygiene assessments, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion related to health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to set up an appointment.
Travel/Location: The Bethel Health Center is situated within Cascade Middle School, featuring a separate entrance on the north side of the building.
Fees: The center accepts OHP and several private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include current students residing within the Bethel School District, Bethel Head Start participants, and staff members along with their dependents.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
