The services provided include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, standard laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, and education on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be refused service due to inability to pay.
