Habitat for Humanity gives families the chance to construct and purchase their own residences. These homes are sold to the families at no profit. The construction relies on volunteer labor and utilizes materials that have been donated. There are also opportunities for volunteering.

Who can use this
- Eligible households must have an income between 45-70% of the area median income based on family size, demonstrate need, and be willing to partner and contribute sweat equity.
