Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative provides emergency shelter and transitional housing, granting participants access to food, clothing, and help with health insurance applications, as well as a thorough needs assessment facilitated by a case manager. It also offers guidance and referrals for identification replacement, educational opportunities, and job placement services.
Intake Process: Entry into the program is based on referrals from community partners; individuals cannot refer themselves. To find a referring agency, you can call or check the website. Note that 211info does not serve as a referring agency.
Fees: There are no charges for emergency shelter, while costs for the long-term reentry program vary depending on the service.
