Location: To reach the site from Highway 101, head east on SE 32nd Street towards Fleet Street, then take a left onto SE Harbor Drive. A city bus stop is located less than a block away.
Costs: There is a $45 application fee, along with a deposit equivalent to one month's rent plus prorated rent. Other fees may also apply.
