About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: County bus transportation is available.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
