Lincoln County Public Health
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative aids expectant parents from the early stages of pregnancy until their child reaches the age of two, linking them with a specially trained nurse who provides support, advice, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental assessments to detect any potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program includes breastfeeding assistance, parenting support, and general education for new parents.
Intake Process: Contact to obtain information and arrange an appointment.
Cost: Free of charge.
