This program offers monthly food assistance to help individuals and families purchase food using an EBT card known as the Oregon Trail Card.
Application Process: To apply, individuals must complete an interview with an ODHS eligibility worker. Applications can be submitted through various methods including online, by phone, in person, or via a paper application.
Location: The office is situated one block east of Highway 101, between First and Second Streets, directly behind Starbucks.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is assessed individually and includes individuals and families who: -Reside in Oregon -Have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, calculated on a monthly basis before taxes -Are US citizens or eligible non-citizens.
Documents you may need
- No documents are required to submit an application, however, people may be asked to provide the following: -Identification -Proof of income -Social Security numbers for everyone in your household who wants benefits -Proof of immigration status for eligible non-citizens
