About this resource
This service provides outpatient care for individuals facing co-occurring substance use and behavioral health disorders, featuring intensive outpatient programs and residential treatment. It includes substance use evaluations, medication-assisted recovery, DUII education, as well as education on alcohol and substance use, relapse prevention, and referrals for mental health services, including residential treatment options.
Intake Procedure: Contact for screening; note that the residential program may have a waiting list.
Fees: Costs vary based on the service provided. The program accepts OHP (InterCommunity Health Network CCO), Medicare, and private insurance, and may offer financial assistance and payment plans.
