About this resource
This program offers a 10-month transitional living experience aimed at helping residents build rental history, receive educational and employment support, and access limited childcare services. Participants must save at least 60% of their monthly income in a designated account through the organization, which will be utilized for move-in expenses when they relocate to a new home.
Intake Procedure: Call for information.
Fees: A refundable cleaning or damage deposit of $300 is required at the end of the first month.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant women within 14 days of giving birth or homeless families with children under 18, with parents needing to have custody at least half the time.
