About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, educational resources, and connections to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No cost involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer can access breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participating in the ScreenWise program.
