About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health care, age-appropriate reproductive health services, standard lab tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and select private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are offered, and students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
