This program aids in enhancing the energy efficiency of homes by performing several assessments to detect energy-related issues, including safety checks for heating systems, diagnostic combustion tests, and evaluations of insulation in attics and walls, along with duct sealing.

Who can use this
- Household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

- Photo ID for all household adults, Social Security numbers, Proof of income, and current utility bill
