This initiative provides street outreach and personalized case management for young people aged 10 to 24. It includes support, resources, referral assistance, and tangible items. Financial assistance and referrals are offered for youth requiring laundry services, interview attire, or essential documents such as birth certificates, Social Security cards, IDs, CPR/First Aid certifications, or Food Handlers permits.
