About this resource
This initiative provides street outreach and personalized case management for young people aged 10 to 24. It includes support, resources, referral assistance, and tangible items. Individuals can establish case management and goal-setting plans to identify and pursue their future aspirations. Additionally, family mediation services are available for those needing to resolve specific conflicts. Financial assistance and referrals are offered for youth requiring laundry services, interview attire, or essential documents such as birth certificates, Social Security cards, IDs, CPR/First Aid certifications, or Food Handlers permits.
