This program supports adults facing mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. It offers mental health assessments, support groups, care coordination, individual and group therapy, treatment for co-occurring disorders, and medication management for those with serious and persistent mental health conditions.

Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees might be available.
