Offers confidential rapid testing for HIV/AIDS, syphilis, and hepatitis C, along with educational resources for prevention and support for treatment. The program helps individuals access HIV medications, provides transportation to medical appointments, offers transitional housing, disease management education, and referrals for basic needs, employment, and substance use treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
