About this resource
This service provides mediation through a voluntary and confidential approach, allowing individuals with disputes to convene with a neutral third-party mediator to explore resolution options. It is equipped to handle landlord/tenant conflicts and features a juvenile victim/offender mediation program. Additionally, it conducts Small Claims Mediation Trainings periodically for mediators and volunteers at small claims court mediations.
