Assists seniors and individuals with disabilities in applying for and enrolling in Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Intake Procedure: Contact us to schedule an appointment and obtain more information.
Travel/Location: Situated in a two-story red brick building between Geary Street and Hill Street.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -To qualify for Medicaid assistance: Must be 65 years or older or an adult with disabilities receiving disability benefits. -To qualify for SNAP/food stamps: Must be 60 years or older or an adult with disabilities receiving disability benefits. -Eligibility for both programs is assessed individually.
