Who can use this
- Families with children aged 3-5 are eligible, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. Children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance (TANF, SNAP, or SSI) qualify regardless of income. Families with higher incomes and specific needs may also qualify, but those with greater needs will be prioritized.
