About this resource
This service identifies and manages tuberculosis (TB) while screening high-risk individuals and offering medical care for those who test positive.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: Situated in downtown Lebanon at the junction of Santiam Highway and Cox Rd., directly across from Oil Can Henry's.
Fees: Accepts OHP and a majority of private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available for patients without insurance.
