This nurse visiting program offers families with a newborn up to four scheduled visits to provide essential support. Services include health assessments, assistance with feeding and bathing, and emotional support for birthing parents dealing with postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses help families access community resources to enhance both parental health and child welfare.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call, email, or visit the website to obtain information or arrange a visit if it wasn't organized at the hospital.
Travel/Location: The program is located in downtown Lebanon at the intersection of the Santiam Highway and Cox Rd., directly across from Oil Can Henry's.
