About this resource
This service provides immunizations for children and certain adults, including seasonal influenza (flu) vaccines as they become available, along with relevant vaccine information.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: Situated in downtown Lebanon at the junction of Santiam Highway and Cox Rd, directly across from Oil Can Henry's.
Fees: Accepts OHP and most private insurance, with sliding scale fees available for uninsured individuals. No child will be denied service due to inability to pay.
