About this resource
The center serves as a drop-in resource hub providing one-time financial support for utility bills and rent through the Medicaid HRSN program, along with mail services, hygiene kits, Veterans services, and assistance in navigating resources for those experiencing homelessness or at risk of it. Additionally, it performs housing assessments for the ARCHES housing program.

Who can use this
- Drop-in Center: Open to all; Housing services: Must be homeless or at risk of homelessness; Rent and utility assistance: Available for OHP members who are either 65+, have young children, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or have a qualifying health condition, with a household income at or below 30% of the area's average income, need help maintaining housing, have a lease, and lack resources to avoid homelessness.
