About this resource
This program provides financial support for utility expenses such as electricity, natural gas, propane, and heating oil via the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Generally, households can receive assistance only once per program year, though exceptions may apply, particularly for those needing NW Natural Gas help.
Application Process: Check the website for availability of applications to download or collect from local offices. Applications can be submitted at any time, but priority is given to senior and disabled households during October and November. If facing disconnection, contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Location: The office is located on the 2nd floor of Two Rivers Market, which is within walking distance from the bus stop.
