About this resource
This service focuses on the identification and treatment of tuberculosis (TB) disease. It screens individuals at high risk and offers medical management for those who receive a positive test result.
Intake Process: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
Location: We are situated near the junction of Highway 20 and Highway 228 in Sweet Home, just past the East Linn Museum and opposite the Sweet Home Inn.
Costs: We accept OHP and the majority of private insurance plans, and we provide sliding scale fees for patients without insurance.
