About this resource
This program provides up to four scheduled visits from a nurse to assist families with a newborn. It includes comprehensive health assessments, guidance on feeding and bathing, and support for new parents dealing with postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses facilitate connections to community resources that enhance the health of parents and the well-being of their children.
Intake Procedure: To obtain information or request a visit that wasn't arranged at the hospital, you can call, email, or access the website.
Travel/Location: The program is situated near the intersection of Highway 20 and Highway 228 in Sweet Home, just past the East Linn Museum and opposite the Sweet Home Inn.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Families, whether birth, adoptive, or resource, with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks.
