- Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician), those aged 40 and above needing screenings or diagnostics, residents or future residents of Oregon, with household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, and must be uninsured or inadequately insured.
