This program offers rental assistance that includes financial help for rent and utilities along with a personalized action plan created by household members and a case manager, contingent on funding availability.
Intake Procedure: You can walk in, call, or check the website for further details. A comprehensive application process is necessary and will be explained during the appointment. Immediate assistance is not guaranteed.
Travel/Location: The office is situated at the base of St. Alphonsus Medical Center, opposite Lion's Park, and adjacent to the Ontario Chamber of Commerce building's parking lot.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Eligibility criteria depend on available funding, but generally, applicants must be able to manage living expenses independently soon, meet income guidelines, fulfill HUD's definition of homelessness or risk thereof, and agree to engage in case management.
