The Early Head Start and Oregon Prenatal to Three Programs provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere where young children can flourish. These initiatives focus on promoting early education, fostering both physical and emotional well-being, and encouraging family engagement to establish a solid foundation for each child's future.

Fees: There are no fees associated with the programs.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant women and families with infants and children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance (TANF, SNAP, or SSI) qualify regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may also qualify based on specific needs, with those in greater need receiving priority.
