This service addresses reports of abuse that may involve physical harm, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal abuse, involuntary isolation, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual contact, caregiver abandonment, failure to provide essential care, or self-neglect due to cognitive impairments that may result in harm.
Intake Procedure: You can call to report incidents or seek additional information.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Individuals aged 65 and older or those 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health conditions.
