About this resource
This program provides screenings and diagnostics for breast or cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the impact of cancer via early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: Enter on 6th Street where the parking lot is situated; the patient entrance is located on the side of the building facing the parking lot.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) regardless of gender - Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services regardless of gender - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insurance that does not adequately cover their needs.
