About this resource
This initiative assists families with children who are vulnerable to abuse and neglect by offering comprehensive support through tailored case management. It includes parenting education, home visits, developmental evaluations, group activities, and connections to additional community resources. Additionally, mental health services, counseling for domestic violence, and assistance for adults in recovery from addiction are available.

Fees: There are no costs involved.
Who can use this
- - Families at high risk with children aged 0-5. Families with children under 18 months receive services through home visits only. High-risk families often face multiple challenges such as poverty, high stress, mental health issues, lack of transportation, single-parent status, criminal backgrounds, history of child abuse, substance abuse, unemployment, low self-esteem, limited education, anger management issues, homelessness, or social isolation.
