Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as determined by a clinician) of any gender - Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer of any gender - Must reside in or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must not exceed 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
