  • - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening or diagnostic services of any gender - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
